**Your new company**
A long-standing Australian retail wholesaler is currently looking for a Part Time Administrator to join their team due to an internal promotion. Supplying recognisable high street names, this company has been around for decades and provides a stable, hard-working and enjoyable working environment at their Australian Head Office in Frenchs Forest.
**Your new role**
This varied role will involve a variety of tasks that support a small team.
- Answering incoming enquiries from customers
- General administration including, meeting and greeting customers, sorting post and producing client correspondence
- Producing labels for shipping
- Updating databases and Excel spreadsheets for reports
- Receipting incoming orders into the warehouse
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you'll have previous experience of working in an office-based role, ideally this will be from within the wholesale sector, but this is not essential. A good understanding of MS Office is needed and any prior experience of working with a CRM system would be beneficial. A good team work ethic and communication skills are pre-requisites for this position.
