**About the role**

We are seeking experienced Support workers located in the **Gold Coast **region, to be part of our large family of support workers who pride themselves on making a difference in the community. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centered around the following:

- Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
- Plenty of hours available across a wide variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons and sleep overs
- Providing complex care support with the ability to be flexible and adapt to client specific needs

**About you**

As an experienced support worker you will bring with you a wonderful attitude and approach that is client centric. With the clients needs front and centre you will have:

- Patience and understanding working with patients with complex care needs
- PEG Experience
- Experience with Manual handling - specifically using Hoists to transfer

**As a support worker you are required to have the following**:

- NDIS Clearance
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Working with Children’s Check
- Cert III and above
- Working Rights in Australia
- Up-to-date Covid 19 vaccinations
