- **First aid / CPR certificate**:

- **Cert III in Individual Support**

- **General computer skills**:

- **Ability to work independently without supervision**:

- **Strong attention to detail**:

- **Follow processes accurately**:

- **Capable of performing environmental risk assessments**:

- **Skilled at building rapport and trust quickly**:

- **Strong awareness of potential risks and problem-solving on the job**:

- **Able to handle high-pressure environments while remaining calm**:

- **Efficient in the safe completion of all tasks**:

- **Ability to receive honest and constructive feedback**:

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Attend team meetings and training sessions**:

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $36.25 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- CPR Certification (required)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Comprehensive Car Insurance (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 04/12/2024
