The Gidley, an American-inspired steak house located in the heart of Sydney's CBD, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the team. Since opening, The Gidley has established itself as one of Sydney's premier dining destinations, renowned for our opulent décor, exceptional food and beverage offering, and unwavering commitment to providing guests with unparalleled hospitality.

**About the Role**:
As a service-oriented position, we are looking for someone with an understanding of what it takes to create an awe-inspiring experience in an intimate fine dining environment.

People are at the heart of what we do and the restaurant supervisor is responsible for supporting the management team in maintaining a happy, driven and purposeful team.

**The ideal person will have**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hatted/Michelin starred restaurant, with at least 1 years experience in a supervisors role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate staff to achieve their best.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on creating a memorable experience for our guests.
- Experience with restaurant technologies, such as point of sale systems and inventory management software.
- A passion for food and a commitment to quality, with the ability to adapt from holding down a section to leading the team.
