At Wellness Care WA, we believe everyone deserves to live a meaningful and independent life. We are a passionate team providing personalised NDIS disability support across Perth. We’re currently seeking **experienced Disability Support Workers** to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do:

- Provide personal care and daily living support
- Assist with household tasks like cleaning, cooking, and laundry
- Support clients with social and community participation
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, and support teams

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in disability support (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Empathetic, reliable, and person-centred approach to care

Essential Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (WA)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- COVID-19 vaccination (as per government guidelines)

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $29.50 - $42.60 per hour
