**Job Overview**
We are looking for EMR Maternity Development and Reporting Analyst who is responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the Monash Health EMR Maternity solution, including its design, functionality, integrations and workflows. The role focuses on enhancing system functionality, ensuring accurate reporting, and improving workflows to support clinical and operational needs within the maternity setting.
The analyst will play a crucial role in collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure that the EMR system aligns with the needs of the Maternity Department, supports efficient operations, and enhances patient care throughout the maternity journey.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the design, testing, and implementation of reporting solutions from EMR maternity solution
- Align EMR design with clinical standards & compliance.
- Collaborate with BAU teams to ensure smooth system transitions.
- Provide expert consultation, advice, and guidance on the design of the EMR system to ensure compliance with Monash Health’s objectives, standards, policies, and procedures
