**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our warehouse operation based in Penfield servicing our operation. The position is a PM shift 2pm - 10pm.

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

- Coordinate the accurate picking and packing of customer orders.
- Manage inventory in accordance with workplace procedures
- Liaise and work with all other departments and roles within the Penfield site operations (both Toll and External)
- Lead and mentor operational staff to ensure workplace objectives are achieved in a timely manner.
- Utilise internal IT systems including WMS online, Chep pallet tracking systems etc. to create all distribution documentation and reporting.

**Qualifications**:
***To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Minimum of two years warehouse supervisory experience
- Exposure to 3PL environment
- An understanding of a FMCG working environment
- Demonstrated success in leading and building effective teams
- Previous knowledge and use of LEAN operating principles
- Previous use and knowledge of WMS and RF.
