**Comprehensive salary package** from **$68,865** pa (plus superannuation).

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Have at least a relevant AQF Certificate III qualification or equivalent; OR
- 3 years of relevant work experience.

**Position Summary**:
**On behalf of our client, Dojo Legal Australia**is looking for skilled and experienced **Production Supervisors** who are responsible for overseeing and organising the equipment, staff, and processes on a production floor. Oversee scheduling and routine production activities as well as acting as first-line troubleshooting should problems arise.

This is a full-time position which may involve weekend or public holidays work and some unplanned hours of work where the need arises (paid accordingly).

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the operation of production machinery.
- Overseeing the set up cleaning and maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
- Overseeing product inspection and product quality control.
- A proactive and reliable team player, capable of working independently and contributing to productive operations.
- Must be committed to long-term work.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
