At **Primary Dental**, we support over 200+ independent dentists across 60+ dental centres nationwide. We’re proud to be part of the **ForHealth Group**, with a passionate team of 50+ dental support professionals, 300+ dental assistants, and experienced dental management leaders.

We’re now looking for a **Dental Coordinator** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our **Brookvale** dental centre. If you’re a natural leader with a strong customer service focus and a background in dental or healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and support a team of dental assistants
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth clinic workflow
- Support dentists and build positive patient relationships
- Drive service excellence and patient retention
- Manage appointments, billing, stock orders and lab coordination
- Handle patient feedback and post-treatment follow-ups
- Maintain WHS, infection control, and accreditation standards
- Contribute to recruitment and staff onboarding when required
- Ensure a clean, welcoming front-office environment
- Escalate repairs or issues to relevant support teams
- Be the centre’s go-to person - the glue that holds the team together

**What You’ll Bring**
- Experience in dental or healthcare administration
- Knowledge of **D4W software** (highly desirable)
- A background in **exceptional customer service**:

- Skills in rostering and staff coordination
- Strong organisation, multitasking, and time management
- Familiarity with infection control and WHS standards
- A proactive, friendly and respectful communication style
