Based in Canningvale, this construction company is looking to hire a 'business as usual' administrator
**Your new company**
This organisation specialising in building and insurance damage repair. They provide extensive building and construction services to carry out repairs, using high quality tradesmen, that take pride in their work. This organisation is the 'go-to' insurance repair company in Western Australia and carry our the entire process from the initial inspection through to the final steps of project managing the process. This company assists with small water ingress issues through to complete structural builds as a result of fire damage.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be referred to as a 'business as usual' administrator. You will be working in small team of 5 other administrators. In this role your duties will include but not be limited to the following:

- Answering the phone and communicating regularly with both insurance providers and customers
- Lodgement of jobs and service requests and creation of job assessments and reports
- Finalising work order completion documents including scanning of documents, slippage codes etc
- Running and producing business reports
- Maintaining suitable levels of stationary, managing IT equipments etc
- Creating electronic work packs where necessary
- Ad hoc administration duties as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for thor this role you will have the following:

- Previous administration experience
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- An excellent telephone manner
- Excellent customer service experience
- The ability to make use of several IT systems - including MS office suite
- Experience with handling a large switchboard
- Ability to be a key team member - who is self motivated and contributes positively
- The ability to use your initiative and to get the job done
- Enjoys a challenge
