One of Queensland’s biggest volume Hyundai Dealerships is looking for a Professional Sales Manager to join its Award-Winning team. A rare opportunity has emerged in Queensland’s premier Windsor dealership. Metro Hyundai has a rich history of delivering a high level of service to our local community and we are looking for a highly successful sales manager to join our team.

With 17 new models scheduled in the next 19 months, there is no better time to lead a team that already excels amongst its piers. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of success in automotive sales management, not necessarily with the Hyundai brand, whilst this would be advantageous it is not essential.

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- A Proven track record of high performance in a high-volume sales manager’s role.
- A passion to drive results and a sense of urgency
- To be energetic and customer focused
- High level of commitment to succeed and be the best
- Superb interpersonal skills, particularly in motivating staff and creating a positive working environment

We are looking for a genuine leader who is hands on and who can mentor and motivate staff with a strong focus on sales volume, gross profit, customer service and business growth. You will have pride in your work and professionalism to achieve all KPI's and ability to adapt and change to maintain a competitive advantage where needed. Above all the tenacity and business acumen to ensure the basic fundamental systems and processes that make dealerships successful are followed 100% of the time all the time.
