**About Us**

We are proud to manage several exceptional venues and are currently recruiting for Mejico and Kid Kyoto, both celebrated for their fusion of world-class cuisine and innovative cocktails. We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Restaurant Floor Supervisors to join our dynamic team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and leading the restaurant staff during service hours
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
- Maintaining the cleanliness, ambiance, and organization of both venues
- Participating in staff training and development programs
- Handling guest inquiries, feedback, and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborating with the management team to maintain a top-tier dining experience
- Opening and Closing the venue, including cashing up duties.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in a restaurant supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Adaptability and composure in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant regulations
- A genuine passion for the hospitality and culinary industry
