**About the Role**

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive **Admin Support Staff member** to join our dynamic team. This all-rounder role is perfect for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and enjoys contributing to a clean, organised, and supportive learning space. You’ll play an essential part in the day-to-day operations of the centre, working closely with tutors and students to ensure everything is set up for success.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Open and close the centre — prepare classrooms before lessons and ensure they are clean and organised after the day ends
- Maintain a welcoming and tidy centre — refill water jugs, clean whiteboards, wipe desks, and manage shared spaces
- Assist with marking homework and tests under tutor guidance
- Support with class scheduling, tutor coordination, and general admin tasks
- Help with content writing or worksheet preparation if needed

- Friendly and clear communicator — can interact confidently with students, tutors, and families
- Multi-lingual is a bonus (e.g. Vietnamese, Khmer, Mandarin)
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or school support role is highly regarded

You must be available multiple days a week, with evening or weekend shifts depending on centre hours.
