**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Klaviyo Expertise**: Set up, segment, and optimize campaigns on **Klaviyo**. Leverage advanced features like automated flows, dynamic content, and A/B testing.
- **Performance Tracking & Optimization**: Analyze campaign performance and use data to continuously optimize for better open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- **Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to develop strategies that align with company objectives and seasonal campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong experience with **Klaviyo**, including setup, optimization, and reporting.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and optimizing accordingly.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

**Bonus Points**:

- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Shopify
