**Description**:
Working at our world class facility in Banyo, our expanding business is currently looking for people to join our:
FOOD PREPARATION TEAM - Cooking Department

What does our COOKING TEAM do?

Understand recipes & cooking processes - involves picking batched goods, cooking of sauces and casseroles, working to tight timelines and with other departments
Machine Operation - you will be operating various cooking machines - this includes loading from a recipe and overseeing the cooking process to completion; cleaning of machinery
All our work is Repetitive and Physical - you may be handling product of up to 15-20kg

**Shift times**:
**Day shift**: shifts start 3am and 5am

**Afternoon shift**: shifts start 1pm
These are all Permanent Full Time positions - Monday to Friday

**Cold work environment**: 8-10 degrees Celsius in a busy factory environment

**About You: What we look for in our team members**:
If you have previous experience working in a hospitality kitchen, will be highly regarded but not essential
Enjoy doing repetitive manual work daily
Have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
Have some knowledge of handling food products appropriately and within strict hygiene standards
Able to work in a cold environment is a must - our factory is maximum 8 degrees Celsius
Want to be part of team that is driven to achieve success every day (and have some fun while doing it)
Have a great eye for detail and pride in your work
Excellent communication skills
Have own transport - some of our shifts start or finish when there is no public transport available
