**The company**: A national service provider aiming to improve learning in modern & contemporary ways.

**The role**: We are recruiting for a payroll officer to manage a fortnightly payroll.

Your day to day duties will include:

- Process a fortnightly and monthly payroll
- Provide a high standard of payroll services to business units; ensuring timely and accurate fortnightly and monthly payroll processing
- Comply with relevant legislation and regulations
- Ensure compliance with superannuation legislative requirements
- Perform audits and reconciliations of salaries/wages, leave history and other items
- Sound understanding of general ledger and reconciliation experience
- Ensure customer satisfaction is a high priority and customers receive responsive services in accordance with established Service Level Agreements
- Provide administrative support, including data analysis and reporting
- Ensure the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality are maintained
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, the business and third parties

**Previous experience with iChris or Chris21 will be HIGHLY REGARDED**

This is a 12 month contract.
