**About the Role**
We are seeking **compassionate, reliable, and proactive Disability Support Workers** to join our growing team. You will be supporting NDIS participants with day-to-day activities, personal goals, community engagement, and independent living tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality, person-centered care and support
- Assist with personal care (e.g., hygiene, dressing, mobility)
- Support with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication reminders
- Facilitate community access and recreational activities
- Promote skill development and independence
- Build trusting, respectful relationships with participants and families
- Maintain accurate progress notes and adhere to care plans

- Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, respectful, and flexible
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Requirements**:
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid & CPR Certificate
Manual Handling (preferred)
Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (as per current government requirements)
