Our client is a reputed hydraulic solutions provider with a great focus on engineering. With a growing Tier 1 mining clientele, they are looking for a contract's specialist with expertise in human resource who can get the ground running.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of new agreements such as tenders, evaluation, negotiations, and award
- Handling valuation and negotiation of contractual claims.
- Ensuring that all contracts are complaint
- On boarding and mobilising new starters
- Management of HR administration
- End to end recruitment

To be successful you will bring:

- Expertise in commercial terms and conditions and common law.
- Comprehensive understanding of values and practice of Contracts Management with practical experience.
- Clear National police clearance
- Experience in mining industry (Highly desirable, but not essential)
