**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for Centre Manager to join the team at Regency Park.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of this centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team whilst having a significant impact on the day to day operational running of the site. This permanent full-time role will be provide you with opportunities for growth, stability and security as part of the bigger AMA Group.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

Production Workshop Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
- Ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining the WHS management system
- Make sure all WHS policies and procedures are followed.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions
- Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition and that employees’ are signing the QA Sheet to confirm they have checked their work and it meets AMA standards
- Oversee the production management of the workshop to ensure production targets are achieved and that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations, within designated timeframes and specified average repair costs
- Ensure staffing levels and processes are in place, including work providers’ SLAs to ensure the business achieves profitability, without adversely impacting on quality or safety. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships
- Manage large production teams facilitating growth and development for them.
