Allied Health Research Lead

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Summary of the role**:
The Allied Health Research Lead at WMH aims to support and embed a sustainable and vibrant culture of enquiry, evidence and research. The lead will support the development of research knowledge and skills necessary for allied health professionals to meet the professional challenge of truly embedding and engaging in research and to build research capacity. This will include supporting/guiding preparation of ethics documents, project proposals, data collection and analysis, report writing and dissemination of findings.
- Permanent part-time role (0.2 FTE)
- An excellent opportunity to demonstrate your advanced knowledge of research and evidence based practice
- Grade 4 or 5 within a relevant WMH Allied Health Profession.

**ABOUT YOU:
- Highly developed communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels
- Capacity for constructive self-reflection and learning from actions & feedback
- Commitment to Mercy Health values
- PhD or professional doctorate
- Recognised degree within a relevant Allied Health profession
- Current clinical registration with AHPRA (where applicable)
