**About the team**:
Coles Express has recently been acquired by Viva Energy Retail, Australia’s largest single branded convenience and retail network.

Viva Energy Retail is a mobility and convenience division of Viva Energy Australia with a high-quality national network of fuel and convenience stores located in metro, regional and on main transport routes, and provides an advantaged position to serve the on-road and local suburban convenience markets.

**About the role**:
The Central Operations Support Manager is responsible for supporting the Head of Central Operations with the delivery of the Operations Strategic and Functional Plan.

You’ll also:

- Be accountable for the BAU Operations including site ways of working, communications and team engagement, promotional and activity planning, community programs, and reward and recognition programs
- Support all areas of operations including the delivery of business objectives and functional initiatives
- Work cross functionally with store support centre teams to improve ways of working in sites and team engagement
- Lead the business approach to customer service and TM training, reward and recognition programs including the updated platforms for customer service metrics and TM training & engagement

**About you and your skills**:
You are a strong operations leader with experience leading teams and senior managers, with a strong track record of delivering results and developing high performance teams.

You’ll also have:

- Ability to analyse and interpret complex data and financial reporting
- A disciplined and organised approach to time management, problem solving, setting of, and achieving team objectives
- Display a discipline and organised approach to time management, problem solving, setting of, and achieving team objectives
- Demonstrated experience of achieving results through engaging people
