Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced, skilled, and enthusiastic Barista to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers)
- Keep track of inventory and communicate supply needs
- Support teammates in daily operations, including opening and closing duties
- Stay informed about our menu, seasonal offerings, and promotions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years barista experience in a high-volume café or similar setting
- Must have completed high school (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso preparation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for coffee and people

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.00 - $38.82 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
