**Next Level Personnel are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join a multi Franchise Dealership that provides all levels of servicing for their brands.**

**About the role.**
The main role is to co-ordinate the workflow throughout the day in the workshop by planning, monitoring and controlling all repair orders so that the service department’s capacity is fully utilised as well as ensuring a high quality of work and motivating a team of experienced Technicians/Apprentices.
- Experience with multiple brands preferred
- A trade qualification
- Proven staff management experience
- Good understanding of automotive repair procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly developed planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work productively in an autonomous environment
- Highly motivated and customer service focused
- Current Driver’s Licence
