**About the role**
As a Manager Community Engagement, you will be responsible for implementing engagement strategies, programs, and plans across TAFE NSW's Far West & Central West Communities to build strong relationships with community, industry, and learners, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and aspirations to guide decision-making across TAFE NSW.
This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to build trusting relationships with industry and communities, ensuring insights are captured and used to develop strategies that improve local decision-making, service delivery, training solutions, and community engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will need to reside at one of the following campuses (pending campus availability).
- Bourke
- Brewarrina
- Broken Hill
- Cobar
- Coomealla
- Lightning Ridge
- Menindee
- Walgett
- Wilcannia
