**Why Now?**

With our new contract in the Central Coast region, we’re building a bigger, stronger team to support young people aged 11-18 in Out of Home Care. These are **permanent part-time roles** on a 24/7 rotating roster (including sleepovers and awake shifts), with rosters provided two weeks in advance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Certificate III, IV or Diploma in Community Services or Youth Work (or willingness to enroll).
- Experience supporting young people with trauma, disabilities, or complex needs.
- A trauma-informed, therapeutic approach.
- Strong boundaries, resilience, and a heart for service.
- NSW Driver’s Licence, Working With Children Check, and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
