**About your New Role**
As a Youth Worker, you’ll be the hands-on support in a young person’s journey, helping them build independence, navigate services, develop life skills, and work toward their personal goals. You’ll form genuine, trusting relationships and be a consistent support in their lives, working under the guidance of a Program Coordinator and alongside other dedicated professionals.

**About You**
- Proven experience working with young people, particularly in outreach or community-based settings.
- Practical understanding of life skills for independent living.
- Ability to follow direction, manage time effectively, and work as part of a team.
- A strong foundation in trauma-informed and strengths-based practice.
- Experience working with young people engaged with Child Safety or transitioning from care.

**Requirements**:

- A current Open Driver's Licence
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check
- Certificate in Youth Work, Community Services, or willingness to work towards (Desirable)

Pay: $33.41 - $34.46 per hour
