**Job Description**:
This is an ideal role for a recent Graduate with a passion for real estate and property, looking to accelerate their success and join our high performing Mascot team. Working alongside a market leading team, you will play an integral role in managing the CRM database, and using that information to analyse and interpret key trends and movements in the market.

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Updating CRM database to ensure property information is accurate & up to date.
- Provide content for submissions & client presentations on market conditions, trends & observations.
- Present analysis/updates to the team when required.
- Introduce innovative ways to communicate information and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of Information Memorandums
- Identify, implement, and maintain system processes and create targeted mailing lists for marketing purposes.

**Qualifications**:
**The skills and experience you will bring to this role include**:

- A degree in Property, Business/Commerce or other related areas of study are preferred, but not essential.
- Experience in using MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Proactive approach to your work with the ability to self-manage.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
