**About the Role**:
**The responsibilities of the role include (but not limited to)**:
- Undertake work across a broad range of unit activities including electronic document management and general office duties
- Edit, update and upload content to online platforms
- Support the preparation of reports and maintain tracking tools to enhance processes and procedures
- Provide support for corporate services as required
- Use effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise workload, liaise with stakeholders and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
**The ideal applicant will have**:
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to provide efficient administrative support including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously
- Attention to detail and strong oral and written communication skills
