As the Payroll Officer reporting to the Payroll Supervisor for Sime Darby Industrial Services, you will have a key role in providing support to our 350+ employees across 5 Business Units.

**The Role**:

- Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- End-to-end processing of monthly, fortnightly and weekly payrolls for approx. 350 employees
- Maintain and update payroll Masterfile data
- Maintain time and attendance system for approx. 250 employees
- Compile reports of wages, taxes, deductions, leave as required
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and general queries
- Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Processing of superannuation contributions
- Processing of payroll tax across multiple states and Companies

**About You**:

- Previous Payroll Experience (min 3 years)
- Microsoft Office Skills (Intermediate)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to prioritise and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
