**Job Title: Barista/Supervisor (Full time)**

Buckley Sorrento, a charming café located in the Mornington Peninsula, is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista/Supervisor to join our team. Our café is known for its exceptional coffee and friendly atmosphere and fast paced service. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers
- Assist with food preparation, as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling cash and card payments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Supervise and train junior staff members, as required
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Maintain accurate inventory and order supplies as needed

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- A passion for coffee and the ability to create latte art
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Prior supervisory experience is a preferred

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
