- **About the Role**
- We are looking for kind-hearted and empathetic home care employees in the **Fairfield** area that will provide support to our IRT home care customers by ensuring they receive personalised care that is tailored to promote their well-being, empower independence and engagement in preferred activities that are aligned with their health, happiness and interests.
- Being a Homecare employee is about helping and assisting customers to maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

- For this role, we are looking for:

**Home Care Employee - Grade Two - Located in** Fairfield and surrounding areas.**:

- **Certificate III not needed but preferred and at least 500 hours experience in Home care and/or Aged care**:

- **Permanent Part time work - 10 Hours fortnightly (Two days a week) minimum.**
- Duties can include:

Domestic Assistance ( Cleaning, tidying, organising)
- Personal Care / Showering
- Cooking & Food Preparation
- Transports to Appointments and social engagements
- Providing Companionship

- **To Be Successful You Will Have**
- Relevant Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent (A nice to have)
- At least 500 hours of professional Home Care/ Aged care experience
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR ( or willing to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - A Second Language is a bonus
- Resilience and ability to work independently
- Available to work weekdays
