**Job Description**:
As a Reporting Analyst within Nine's BI team you will be responsible for sourcing and publishing key advertising sales metrics for both internal and external stakeholders, to support commercial sales forecasting, activities and budgeting decisions.

The Business Intelligence Team is Part of the National Sales Division’s Sales Operations
team.

**Day to day you will**:

- Design, develop, implement and maintain Tableau reporting solutions for our stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into Tableau solutions
- Source, review, analyse and interpret large data sets to determine key insights for visualisation in reporting for both standard and customised analyses
- Build a simplified data model through Tableau reporting
- Explore Tableau capabilities to fulfil reporting requirements within tight delivery timelines
- Stay connected and updated with the latest Tableau features, best practices and emerging trends in data visualisation
- Establish and share with the broader BI team best practices for data sharing, reporting and tableau visualisations

**Qualifications**:
You are proficient in working with large data sets and have an eye for detail and accuracy.

You are an analytical thinker who understands “The Brief” and is able to translate those requirements through relevant and insightful Tableau visualisation dashboards, pivot tables and excel reporting.

**What we would like to see on your resume**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, with strong focus on data visualisation and reporting (essential)
- Strong Tableau Desktop proficiency, including dashboard design, data blending, calculation and parameterization (essential)
- Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Macros, Pivot Tables, vlook ups, G-suite skills
- Methodical and organised approach with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to maintain quality results for repetitive tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaborative skills working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

**Desirable qualifications, experience & skills**:

- Statistical tools for analysis and interpretation
- Looker Studio, SQL, BigQuery
