**Shift Fill/Workforce Planning Officer**

Spinal Life Australia is a non-profit organisation that provides expert knowledge, specialist therapies and supports tailored for people with spinal cord injuries and other physical disabilities. We're one of the largest providers of support services to people living with spinal cord injury in Australia.

We are currently recruiting for Workforce Planners to help us make a difference everyday. Be a part of a dynamic, engaging rostering team. This is your opportunity to make a difference - in our team, organisation and our clients' lives. We are committed to supporting exceptional outcomes for our clients and our rostering team is pivotal in delivering on our priorities and values.

The position is a busy position with lots of activity, challenges and variety available. This position is a permanent full time position working from our Woolloongabba office.

If you are a person with well-developed communications skills, have a strong commitment to customer service and enjoy problem solving and resolving rostering challenges then this is the role for you.

Full training will be provided however a background in rostering or scheduling will be an advantage. Salary is negotiable around the skills and experience you can bring to the role.
