**Projects Controls and Assurance (PC&A). **This team strategically partner with our clients to increase their likelihood of success by addressing challenges in developing and delivering major infrastructure projects and program of works, by providing practical and reliable project support services, such as
- Cost Estimation (Capex and Opex),
- Project, Program, Portfolio Risk Management,
- Planning & Scheduling
- Integrated Project Controls, PMO and EMO delivery
- Project Assurance
Roles recruited in Project Controls and Assurance (PCA) include: Risk Engineers, Project Planners, Schedulers, Project Controls, Project Risk, Estimators, Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Program Managers, PMO specialists, Internal Auditors, Assurance Specialists and Commercial Managers.
**Planning, Infrastructure and Economics** **(PIE).** This team provide support for government, private asset owners and investors in demand and economic modelling, master planning and strategic urban design. To help navigate complex urban and regional planning, and policy and investment decision making we take a holistic systems approach supported by data-led evidence-based insights.
Roles recruited in Planning, Infrastructure & Economics (PI&E) include Economists, Urban Planners, Regional Planners, Transport Modellers, Economic Modellers, Demand Modellers, Policy Analysts, Data Analysts, Quantitative Analysts and Master Planners.
**Commercial Advisory & Transactions (CA&T)**. This team provides commercial, financial, and strategic advice to clients for major infrastructure projects. Our team understands the challenges in delivering projects across the project lifecycle and we thrive on this complexity.
You are looking to grow your career in:
- Supporting large scale transport, social infrastructure, real estate, defence, energy, mining, or resources sectors projects.
- Providing strategic, commercial, and financial advice.
- Developing business cases and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
- Designing and leading complex transaction processes.
- Contract and commercial negotiations, and
- Financial analysis and modelling.
We seek professional experience likely gained in a Chartered Accounting firms, law firms, management consultancy, engineering consultancy, corporate advisory, investment banking, project finance teams, infrastructure funds, construction firms or within commercial teams in Government.
Roles recruited in Commercial Advisory & Transactions (CA&T) include: Financial Analysts, Consultants, Commercial Advisors, Procurement Specialists, Data Analysts, Engineering Consultants, Bid Specialists.
**Engineering Assets and Project Delivery **(EAPD). This team help link business strategies with operational actions through data-led decision making to enable effective, efficient, and safe delivery and operations of assets and infrastructure across the full lifecycle.
- **Project Delivery**: we provide project management and delivery services that contribute to a capital works project during the Project Feasibility & Selection as well as Project Procurement, Funding & Delivery stages of the asset lifecycle. This could include:
- Project Management
- Contract Administration
- Business Case Development
- Infrastructure Cost Planning
- **Asset Management**: helping our clients to build asset management capability optimise physical assets to realise their value. We can design and assess operating models, provide first principles asset optimisation services and harness underlying asset data to improve decision making. This could include:
