Minimum of 3 months dental assisting experience required.

We are a Brisbane based mobile dental service provider, providing children’s dentistry through schools and child care centres. We cover Brisbane, Ipswich and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a reliable, caring, hard working dental assistant for 3 days - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Start time 7.00am. End time 4.00pm when at childcare centres and 5.00pm when at schools. This is a rewarding opportunity to experience a unique model of dentistry, where you are able to make a contribution to the lives of children that may otherwise miss out on essential dental care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the dentist as required
- Prepare and set up clinics between patients following a high standard of infection control.
- Sterilization of instruments
- Available to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7.00am - 5.00pm.

Skills, personal qualities and experience
- Willing to commit long term.
- Previous Dental Assisting (Minimum of 3 Months Required)
- Caring and Friendly manner
- Enjoy working with children
- Excellent communication skills
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- A willingness to learn & develop
- Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (desirable but not essential)
- Willingness to learn to drive a dental van an advantage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- No weekends

Must be Covid vaccinated and have all other healthcare immunisations up to date.
