To assist on our current growth trajectory, we are seeking a **Full Time Store Consultant** at our **Belmont Centre**.

We have a rare opportunity within our Distribution and Wine Ark Team. You will manage the storage and distribution for a wide variety of stock - everything from wine to mechanical parts and goods

**The Role**:
Reporting into the Storage Manager, our Store Consultants are a vital role within our business, as they work closely with our customers to ensure a seamless service is provided. The responsibilities include:

- Deliver the ultimate customer experience, supporting our customers in making the best storage choice for their needs
- Perform intake, handling and dispatch duties for cellar operations. Including, interaction with couriers and customers, delivering and collecting wine from cellars.
- Perform receipting/dispatching and pick/packing duties mechanical parts and goods for EFTPOS and ATM machines
- Manual handling of packaged product (up to 20 kilos)
- Conduct engaging centre tours which showcase our facilities and answer questions they may have
- Keep a keen eye on centre presentation, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure our centres always represent our high standards
- Maintain a safe and secure centre whilst providing support to the Storage Manager
- Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims

**About You**:

- Your CV lists previous experience working in logistics, warehousing or distribution
- Building relationships comes naturally to you and is matched with a passion for delivering a genuine customer experience in a timely manner
- You have a motivated, proactive and positive approach to your role and team
- Forklift licence is highly desirable
- Availability to work until 7pm, Monday to Friday
