With a continual growth plan for expanding our portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we have a Full Time Store Consultant role now on offer in our Belmont centre.
**The Role**:
Reporting into the Storage Manager, our Store Consultants are a vital role within our business, as they work closely with our customers to ensure a seamless service is provided. The responsibilities include:
Deliver the ultimate customer experience, supporting our customers in making the best storage choice for their needs
Perform receipting/dispatching and pick/packing duties as required per client requests, and within a timely manner.
Safe handling and/or storing of fragile items
Conduct engaging centre tours which showcase our facilities and answer questions they may have
Keep a keen eye on centre presentation, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure our centres always represent our high standards
Inventory and stock control of incoming and outgoing mechanical parts and goods
Maintain a safe and secure centre whilst providing support to the Storage Manager
Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims

Set, rotating roster for a great work/life balance. Shifts include: 7am to 4pm for 2 weeks per month; 10am to 7pm for the other 2 weeks.
Call out shifts are rotated through the team on a fortnightly basis.

**About You**:
Customer service experience in a sales environment (desirable)
Building relationships comes naturally to you and is matched with a passion for delivering a genuine customer experience in a timely manner
You have a motivated, proactive and positive approach to your role and team
Available to work on rotating shifts and be on call when required
