My client, a reputable manufacturer of state-of-the-art analyzers and instrumentation used in the water sector, is currently seeking a talented Service Technician to join their dynamic team in Melbourne. With an extensive install base across Melbourne and regional areas of Victoria, you will have the chance to showcase your expertise and skills as you travel to different locations, providing exceptional service and support to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Possess 3-7 years of experience in a similar service technician position.
- Hold a valid electrician license with a strong understanding of electrical systems and regulations.
- Ideally, have experience in analyzers and chemical dosing within the Water Treatment Industry or Aquatics Industry.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with customers.
- A qualified Instrument Technician will also be considered for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing of our analyzers and instrumentation.
- Travel to various locations in Melbourne and regional areas of Victoria to service our install base.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and deliver exceptional customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and ensure timely reporting.
