**THE POSITION**
- Maintain effective customer and client relationships
- Mentor your co-workers
- Ensure front of house is clean, well presented and operating effectively
- Support back of house to set up the food service area ensuring meals are presented according to our brand standards
- Support the chef and manager to perform admin duties and assist with training new team members
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and servery areas
- Strong focus on Food & People safety
**THE PERSON**
- Current Blue Card, or ability to obtain
- Experience leading and directing a team to present high quality food and beverages
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
