As Head of Special Education Services, you will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:
- Leading the school Learning Enhancement Centre teachers, students and stakeholders to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Working with the Student Support Team to ensure equitable outcomes for students with diverse learning needs.
- Leading learning support and quality differentiation to enhance inclusion across the school.
- Supporting the school's strategic agenda and annual implementation plan.
- Managing teacher-aide timetabling and the leadership of teacher case managers to improve student outcomes.
- Managing a budget to ensure equitable delivery of resources.
- Forming new and continuing established partnerships with parents, other government agencies, and community groups.
