**What We Have on Offer**

Based in Parramatta, we are seeking an experienced Collections Officer on a full time permanent basis to ensure the timely collection and maintenance of delinquent accounts through controlled policy, processes and legislative requirements.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

- At least two year experience in a Collections environment specifically in the Mortgages sector.
- Ability to understand and appropriately utilise systems and processes for the benefit of debt collection and achieve the required position outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.
- Remain calm under pressure and be a problem solver.
- Deliver high quality work whist maintaining turnaround times.
- A team player and will form part of the existing positive department and company culture.
