OzShut Roller Shutters is WA's leading roller shutter company based right here in Malaga, Perth WA. With approximately 100 employees and contractors, OzShut is in the next phase of planned growth. Opening up in new territories and areas will be a targeted focus. OzShut is seeking a Receptionist for our busy Administration Department. Whilst you are the "first person" of contact for our clients, your understanding of this importance means you must be a well spoken individual with an positive and bubbly nature. The position would suit those who: - Are able to deal with a high volume of calls and be competent with an advanced PABX console and soft phone/ computer based telephony system; - Able to use and navigate spreadsheets for data entry and updating of company data; - Able to competently type accurately to 40wpm; - Experience in MYOB an advantage. - Police Clearance required. This is a ideally a part-time position based in Malaga to assist the head receptionist. Hours of work are can be negotiated but ideally we are looking for someone to cover a full day 8.30am-5.30pm every Friday with the additional hours made up over the course of the week. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm Pay: From $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Schedule: - 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
