In addition to our range of premium stone, we also provide high-quality tools, equipment, and machinery to the stone industry.

Our success is not only due to our high-end products and service, but also our ability to train, support, and develop people from outside the industry. We are now looking for a Receptionist to greet high-end residential homeowners, Architects and Stonemasons in person, and over the phone.

**About you**
- You are interested in the interior design of homes and are intrigued about what makes a home one-of-a-kind. The idea of creating a memorable experience for clients by helping select beautiful natural stone pieces excites you.
- Given your experience, you are used to providing great service to homeowners and agents and have a strong ability to tailor your recommendations to different customers by asking the right questions.
- You are someone who always demonstrates initiative. When there are no clients at the reception desk, you might take that spare moment to do some admin tasks, tidy up the office, or ensure that your stock has been properly maintained.

**About the role**

In this role you will work alongside the wider team and provide crucial support by:

- Being the first point of contact for Interior Designers, Architects, and Stonemasons, providing them with outstanding customer service in the showroom or over the phone.
- Providing support to the Tools & Equipment team by helping Stonemasons find the right tools for their situation.
- Learning about the industry, engaging with the likes of architects and homeowners to help them identify a beautiful piece of stone that will eventually become a stunning feature piece in a luxury home.
- Being a key contact for Stonemasons who call in for help with their machinery. You will help schedule a CDK Stone Technician to go out on site to fix their machine.
- Maintaining the showroom by ensuring it’s clean, presentable and amenities are stocked.
