**The Role** We’re seeking a strategically minded, analytically driven Commercial Analyst to help shape and execute our pricing strategies. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing market competitiveness, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. - You’ll be working closely with senior team members and stakeholders across the business, with structured mentorship and strong opportunities for growth and skill-building. **Key Responsibilities** - Use data and market insights to support pricing strategy - Maintain and improve pricing models and reporting tools - Analyse revenue, costs, and performance to support commercial decisions - Help build business cases and financial models for new products and offers - Recommend improvements to pricing tools and processes - Support the use of new analytical techniques to improve decision-making **About You** **Qualifications & Education** - Undergraduate degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline. **Skills & Attributes** - Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and/or data tools. - Commercially minded with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations. - Proactive and passionate about innovation and continuous improvement. - Effective communicator, able to present complex data clearly and concisely. - At ENGIE, every talent has a role to play in accelerating the energy transition.
