**Description**

Our team is comprised of very talented individuals, who are passionate about AIML. We work in a fast paced, dynamic, technology focused environment and excel on ensuring that Apple products and features are at their best. As part of the Data Operations team you'll play a central role in enhancing the user experience. As an Annotation Analyst, you'll annotate data, which can be both audio and visual, and evaluate data from customers who have opted in to the grading program. You'll use your Australian english language and cultural knowledge, along with your analytical skills, to evaluate Apple products and features against guidelines. Your flexibility and your ability to prioritize your time and your tasks is essential. We focus on the user experience, thinking creatively on how customers use Apple products and services to continually make improvements. We believe that our collective individual backgrounds, perspectives and passions help us to build the ideas that move all of us forward. We'll train you to be an expert in understanding, supporting and improving the customer experience through data annotation.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Fluency in Australian English reading, writing and comprehension skills to support the language specific market and to partner with international teams
- Excellent active listening skills with the ability to understand verbal nuances
- Understanding of the local region and cultural variations
- Demonstrates integrity and focuses on customer privacy
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills in evaluation of language usage and dialect

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to independently navigate systems and tools
- Experience in content review or a similar environment, with prior testing experience
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changing work-flows and responsibilities

- Experience as an end user of Apple Intelligence features, Intelligent Personal Assistants, or other Artificial Intelligence

- Ability to work on safety data which could include offensive material
- Excels in repetitive work and ambiguous scenariosBachelor’s degree or equivalent job-related experience
