Join us as the Data Operations Manager and be part of something extraordinary This is a newly created role, giving you the unique chance to contribute to the establishment and growth of our data management team at Crown Resorts

As the Data Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the day-to-day operations of our data management framework, systems, and processes. Your mission will be to shape the future of data based on business needs, aligning seamlessly with our strategic plan.

**Some for your key responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement data management policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address data needs.
- Monitor and analyse data trends for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Contribute to the documentation of data definitions and metadata.
- Resolve project issues with consideration to time, cost, and quality.
- Maintain premium customer service for both internal and external customers.

- Leadership in people management.
- Strong understanding of data management concepts and best practices.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and determine root causes.
- Collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
