**As Media Analyst you will provide clients with high quality insights and research through high quality work, strong stakeholder relationships and innovative solutions.**
What You'll Do:
You'll play a crucial role in providing clients with high-quality insights and reports on media impact, sentiment, brand monitoring, and reputation analysis. Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- **Deep Dive into Media Data**: You'll analyze complex media data to uncover insights that matter to our clients, recognizing the pivotal role social media plays in today's media landscape.
- **Craft Engaging Reports**:You'll write and present engaging reports that answer media-related questions, tailored to our clients' needs and objectives.
- **Build Strong Relationships**: You'll cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and clients, ensuring collaboration and alignment on project objectives.
- **Manage Research Projects**: You'll effectively manage research projects, juggling multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines and delivering top-quality outcomes.
- **Continuous Improvement**:You'll continuously strive for improvement, seeking out ways to enhance our processes, deliverables, and client satisfaction.

- **News and Current Affairs**:A strong interest in news, current affairs, and social media, coupled with a dedication to delivering outstanding client service.

**Requirements**:
- Degree in Media/Communications or a degree with foundations in Media Research/Market Research desired
- Genuine knowledge/interest in news and current affairs, and communication; knowledge of ANZ media landscape
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel, SQL, Tableau
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint Fluent in English; excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical Skills:
- Data interpretation
