State government organisation is seeking a Change Manager, Change Consultant and Change Analyst

**Your new company**
Your new company is a state government organisation who are looking for a Change Manager, Change Consultant and Change Analyst to join their team who are working on a few projects. These roles are mainly on technology programs being implemented across various sites in WA Health.

**Your new role**

**As a Change Manager you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising changes to business processes and systems. You will support the collaboration with management to gather and analyse operational information and prepare change management strategies to reduce expenses, increase revenue, and maximize efficiency. You will evaluate cost structures and budgetary impact of the proposed changes as well as consult with staff members and identify and manage anticipated resistance.**

**You will create communication and training plans to enable smooth implementation of the strategy and track implementation progress and reporting back to management. You will use strong strategic thinking skills and would be able to manage complex and technical work.**

**As a Change Consultant you will require an understanding of the end to end change management process and be able to manage initiatives with mínimal direction and guidance. You will Identify suitable communication strategies and build on these whilst also reviewing the plans and delivering reports to stakeholders. You will ensure project goals are met and executed.**

**As a Change Analyst you will be working closely with a Change Manager. You will be able to think logically and can take direction and action tasks according. You will be responsible for delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of the project.**

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Qualifications or certification in a relevant discipline.
