**Position Purpose**

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overall sales strategy development, sales team management and sales targets achievement through building and maintaining strong client’s relations.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build and maintaining client relations
- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions
- Manage and lead the sales team to success
- Develop and implement sales strategy to accelerate business growth
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

**Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Attributes**
- Tertiary qualifications within a business or finance related degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment with proven sales and management ability working in a similar role in a small to medium business
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills and ability to work with cross functional teams
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure
- Ability to communicate, engage, influence and present to all levels
- High level of organisational and leadership skills
- Advanced MS Office suite experience
- Personal drive and results driven

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
