We are looking for a highly experienced Retail Salesperson to join our Canning Vale branch. This position would ideally suit someone with a strong sales and administrative background, preferably in a busy environment, who loves a challenge and has the ability to multi-task.

Primarily the role will be responsible for providing sales and after-purchase support to the retail and wholesale customers within Canning Vale area.

**The Retail Salesperson will have the following key responsibilities**:

- Providing product advice and quotations as required.
- Processing customers’ orders in line with company processes.
- Processing POS payment for retail customers, and occasional wholesale invoicing.
- Liaising with the customer network to book in vehicles for fitment and return.
- Occasionally assisting the wholesale BDM with ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Monitoring retail backorders and open orders for the branch.
- Answering sales enquiries both over the counter and by phone from consumers and automotive retail trade customers.
- Continuously liaising with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure that all work involving fitting is completed on-time, in-full and to ARB's high standards.
- Working at special events such as 4X4 shows and open days.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to work as a member of a team
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Have a professional telephone manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Data entry both numerical and alpha.
- Outgoing personality with a happy disposition.
- Interest in 4WD's would be highly regarded.

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
